Application Instructions:
- Ensure the fabric is clean and dry before applying the patch.
- For best results, iron the fabric to remove wrinkles and ensure a smooth surface.
- Place the patch on the desired spot with the adhesive side facing down.
- Set your iron to a medium-high heat (around 350°F / 180°C) with no steam.
- Place a thin cloth over the patch to protect it from direct heat.
- Press the iron down firmly on the patch for 30-45 seconds, applying consistent pressure. Make sure you’re pressing the edges as well to ensure the patch is fully adhered.
- After pressing, check if the patch is secure by gently lifting an edge. If it lifts, apply the iron again for another 15-20 seconds.
- Let the patch cool completely before handling.
Extra Security (optional):
- For added durability, you can sew along the edges of the patch after ironing. This step will help prevent any lifting and make sure the patch stays securely in place over time.
Care Instructions:
Washing:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
Drying:
- Air dry the garment by laying it flat or hanging it to dry.
- If you must use a dryer, set it to low heat.
Ironing:
- When ironing the garment, avoid direct contact with the patch. Use a thin cloth between the patch and the iron.
